Building 3/302 Consolidation
A comprehensive interior consolidation project at NASA Glenn Research Center spanning
nearly 19,000 square feet across multiple facilities. The scope included full demolition and
abatement, structural modifications, and construction of modern office and laboratory
environments tailored to operational needs. Work involved installation of demountable partitions,
millwork, doors, frames, hardware, and acoustic ceiling systems, along with full integration of
mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. The project also required the
careful relocation and reinstallation of specialized aerospace equipment, supported by detailed
shop drawings, engineered revisions, and close coordination of multiple trades to ensure
accuracy and continuity throughout construction.
Frontier Airline Maintenance Department Buildout
A designbuild interior buildout for the Frontier Airlines Maintenance Department within the
“A” Concourse at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, encompassing approximately 5,000
square feet. The scope included complete demolition of the existing space followed by
construction of a fully functional maintenance facility supporting a 30person team. Work
involved new partitions, flooring, ceilings, millwork, overhead doors, and fire suppression
systems, along with full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. The project was
executed in an active airport environment, requiring coordination with airport authorities,
adherence to security protocols, and precise scheduling to accommodate ongoing operations.
Steam Distribution Repairs Phase 4
A major infrastructure upgrade at NASA Glenn Research Center involving replacement and
modernization of the highpressure steam distribution and condensate return system. The scope
included installation of approximately 1,580 linear feet of new steam and condensate piping, new
branch connections to regulating stations, and temporary boiler systems to maintain continuous
operations during construction. Work also included installation of new circulating pumps, heat
exchangers, control wiring, and actuated valves. Extensive civil work was performed, including
deep excavations, installation of precast manholes, and restoration of roadways and sidewalks,
with careful coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, and paving trades to support critical
shutdown and startup windows.
Jordan River National Fish Hatchery System 4 Fingerling
A recirculating aquaculture system installation at the Whitefish Rearing Facility within the
Jordan River National Fish Hatchery. The scope included construction of a fully integrated
fingerling rearing system within an existing building to support fish production operations. Work
involved installation of culture tanks, process piping, mechanical and electrical systems, and
system controls, along with major aquaculture components including an FRP CO₂ stripper,
biofilter, lowhead oxygenator (LHO), LHO sump, and a microscreen drum filter. The system was
integrated with existing infrastructure and governmentfurnished equipment to deliver a complete,
functional rearing system.
